The skills are until 300 A 300 B. The 60 Hits will be reserved to the GM and Admin only...
The skills from 1 to 147 are in the NPC, and the others are for donation because they are very good ( very powerful ) The price will be soon to be posted in the donation section...Just check it out time to time...
